mp to supply + range to supply question

I have pictures if needed but

Is mp to supply (as shown when hovering over a hex), at 4 mp's beteween 2 clear hexes which are in enemy zoc?

Here is a 3 hex example: hex A B and C. west to east

A river is between A and B, all 3 are clear. A is closet to rr line and supply. A to B and B to C are squeezed by enemy zoc.

Hex A shows 10 Mp and 10 hex range to supply
Hex B, over the river is 23 mp and 11 hex range
Hex C, is 27 mp and 13 (edit) range.

thus mp thru enemy zoc (hex B to hex C) for supply in clear, with no river in nice weather is 4?

Is that the correct range ?

No. I believe base enemy zoc to zoc (clear terrain, clear weather, no rivers) for supply tracing is 7 MP. Can you post the picture?

my hex c shows range 13 not 12

now these are after i cut off the right side of a break thru.

I thought this hover data is real time

Hex A is Patelino which is the town just se of the Morsha river wording in the middle north.

Hex B is just to the east over the river

Hec is just to east of B.

why is Hex c 13 and not 12 range. Its one further. it should be 12?

Is game still calculating its range as from before I cut off the right side? Hex C might have been closer to rr near Penza.

Never mind.

I figured it out.

Hex c is tracing supply thru the lower row and avoiding the zoc between B and C. thus takes 2 hexes and thus range 13 and supply mp also correct.
