game problem

I am having a problem with my mouse. I changed meece and still the same. The problem is that I have a lag in the control of the mouse and cannot click in the game with any accuracy. It's like I am drunk trying to get the pointer to point. Any one else have this issue?

Use SHIFT+Q to see the framerate you are running at. If this is low (<30) then you should reduce the detail settings in options (shadow quality, disable ground clutter, etc). If your framerate is reasonable then it is likely the driver overbuffering frames. You can alter this setting in your video card control panel, or just switch the game to Windowed mode (without a frame) as this will ignore buffering.
