Is this a normal militia starting amount? I haven't seen numbers this high yet, and it exceeds zone limit. Regular difficulty.

This is definitely an unusual amount, but it only seems to happen under very rare circumstances.

Is that a rocky moon or more of a hot planet you are playing on?

The amoutn seems definitely bugged.

You should get quite some food "delivered by Zone Militia" in the Zone Inventory. After all, Militia is supposed to be largely cost-free (there can jus be some delay until you are reimbursed for what the SHQ has to deliver).

However I can not see you having the free public Agri Dome and Water mine. This may be the real cause of your food issues.
