Very rare artifact site disappearing. Two screenshots about five turns apart. Can't understand why..

EDIT: after playing archeology strat says no artifact sites remain..

I never had those thus far.

Maybe those are supposed to only last until you find one thing, and was already found without a message?

Seems like a bug to me, It would be helpful for Vic if you upload your savegame
