Paying for changing city name?

Been saying it and it keeps coming up so I'll repeat here: For this reason and to be even more expansive I would really appreciate the ability to edit all name files (parts of names even). This way we can make sure any name that comes up is something nice for us.
And we can not only do this with cities but also regime names, zone names, mountain names, sea names, erg names, Cabinet Member names, Default Model name sets etc. etc.

Streamers can use idiotic youtube, twitch and patreon names too. It shows how much they really care. Don't forget that part too.

I agree with this in a single player game-- the name change part. Not the free like beer part.
