Add ability to change leader portrait/name

Hey, loving the game so far!

It would be great if we could either customize/rename our leader and other characters in the player empire. Customization is probably overkill, but it would be great to just have a few presets to appeal to people, or even an alternate "Hooded figure" portrait.
