why does this truck station not increase the logistic points?

at ELKO.
i build it to supply my troops further north, but it does not seem to work?
shouldnt it provide 500 logistical points to north and south?


edit: oh, i think it did. but 2 turns after the construction finished?

okay, to make this not as useless as it is, why does the truck only receive 19 logistical points (there are ~500 available).
he dosnt get any fuel, is this because i have no oil or can there be any other reason he got zero fuel?

also, shouldnt he have full food since he got every food he requested?
its kinda odd that he is only at 50% food. shouldnt he request more to be at 100% food?

LP and truck AP are produced like any other resource. Unless you talked to your governor and told them to hire additional public sector workers ahead of time, you won't have enough to staff the truck station. So it won't ramp up and provide it's full production until workers are available (which will happen two turns after it's complete, as you noted). You'll still get some partial production as workers are pulled off of existing jobs (reducing the production of those for a turn as well).

As to your second post, we'd need more information. You might simply be out of fuel.

appreciate the intel, but what do you mean by "out of fuel"?
there is no fuel ressource, is there?

e: oh so i looked it up in the manual, fuel actually is oil. yea, i had no oil there this should be the reason.

I noticed the Food thing too. I'm wondering if does appear so because food consumption would happen after the unit has been supplied.
(In other words, unit has half it's maximum food stock in inventory and asks for the remainder, the SHQ sends it, the unit then consumes one round's worth of food, and at turn start when one looks at the stats, the unit's food stocks appear to be half-empty.)

As for the Fuel on the other hand, what strikes me is that apparently the unit didn't require any. (I mean asked for, since it's obvious its stock is depleted.)
