So, how do they work?

I've upgraded a Light Infantry Brigade to a Mechanized Light Infantry Brigade and build the 550 APCs that are needed to fit them out.

Because the system needs LP to ship replacements and I've got forces that far away anyway, I've build a transport line some 52 hexes long and along the transport line the lowest value of left over logistics points is 1372 right at the end, one or two hexes away from the forces that need those reinforcements.

So why are they not getting any? They are getting infantry replacements, so there being no connection is clearly not an issue.

Figured it out.

Quality preferences matter. And I'd forgotten to permit units of a quality I'd restricted for the back line force I promoted.
