Some diplomatic decisions do not change Politics Profile

I noticed that some of the diplomatic decisions I made did not change my Politics Profile. For example I was supposed to get +6 Democracy and +5 Heart and I only got +5 Heart score. I haven't taken a screenshot and I don't remember which event (or events) it was but I'm pretty sure it happened at least twice in my game.

I also had this problem, 100% sure of it. For me I noticed it happening repeatedly with Eternity Movement and "[Other Major] Is Offering To Help/Blackmailing Us" decisions which would not increase the Meritocracy profile. It was always Meritocracy that didn't increase while Mind (the other stat in those decisions) did.

I noticed similar bugs, but it was only ever with specific Events.

If we just had a toggleable start-of-turn save, we could reliably show it [;)]

I had it on the release version with fist profile increase due to declaring war. Made a thread about it as well. With pictures.

This could easily turn into a collection thread, like Typos and Grammar. Maybe "improper decision results"?
