In profile top tab, include unlocked faction stratagems

The regime feats unlock various stratagems with are shown in the profile screen of the management tab.
However, they *also* unlock faction stratagems - which in some cases are more valuable than your own regime stratagems. Yet this is not shown anywhere (until I've stumbled upon Reports => Help => Stratagem Encyclopedia => Faction).

Please include unlocked Faction stratagems in the regime profile screen.
