On the profile left bar tooltips, indicate which regime feats are already unlocked

The regime profile left bar tooltips are very easily accessible and show a more compact presentation of which regime feats are unlocked by the profiles compared to the top bar. The left bar is also easier to quickly check on while having some decision screen open.

However, the tooltip on the left bar does not shows which of the regime feats are actually already unlocked, which I often don't remember - and then have to still make the switch to the full top bar regime profile management screen.

It would be very helpful if the left profile bar tooltip would include an indication (an asterisk, or a different color - something) of which of the listed regime feats are already unlocked.

How about a coloration similar to the Techs in the tech screen. Any Regime feat could be:
- undiscovered (not enough profile or not yet for long enough).
- discovered (can be rolled, or at least meet the profile requirement)
- researched (it is in effect).

That'd be ideal, but since I don't know if this tooltip text supports coloration, I'd be satisfied with just some simpler textual indication.
