Looks like search-and-replace overdo:

("pp" substring replaced with "Political Points (PP)")

Looks like Vic still had some hope, that search and replace could work out. Ever.

It is one of those things you have to unlearn the hard way[:)]

I actually worried about CRISPR, because it sounds awefully like Search and Replace for DNA. I mean, it was actually found because of the search and replace errors...

Btw, that whole "government at X and Y turns the highest" from the tooltip - isn't that anachronistic now with the percentage chance to gain the feats?

That was changed: You first need it to be higher than X and Y turns the highest and then you get the percentage chance to actually get the proficiency.

Both are in use. 1.03 just does not show it properly.

You need X turn at highest, to unlock the chance to roll it. 1.03beta7 shows the turn timer and the chances, as applciatable.
