Double food consumption by recruits? 1.03beta7b

I was looking at food consumption - single city ("Hawking"), single SHQ.

7900 recruits, of those 1500 were recruited at the start of the current turn.
0 Colonists.

In Reports => HQs => 1st SHQ news, it says (btw - a period after the percentage number, throughout this report, would be more readable):

"1st SHQ (SHQ)
Food percentage: 100 Recruits and Colonists have been fully fed. Consumed 79 food."


In Reports => Zones => Hawking news, under Detailed news is says:

"Recruited 1500 recruits from population for the military.
...
Recruits and Colonists consumed 15 food".


So - those 1500 recruited ate twice?
Both from the SHQ (as part of the total 7900) and from the Zone (just for being new recruits)?

My zone only lists Worker consumption of Food.
And my SHQ only lists 1 Food/100
As both things always were.

Could it be you have forgotten that you already used some of those recruits to make subunits?

It *is* 1 food/100 (79 food for 7900 recruits).

And I've specifically reloaded previous end-turn save, pressed end turn, and reported this based on turn start reports without any actions taken.

The Zone Inventory does not say they ate from it. So it might just be a reminder "hey, your SHQ will now consume 15 more per turn".
