SHQ gone Poof

I tried to use the Artillery in the SHQ in Ranged fire Mode and they Immediately Surrendered and the entire SHQ just disappeared, every unit that was in there waiting reassignment Gone,

1.03 beta8 has a fix for that bug.

ty for the Swift fix :) I'll update and try to break it again to see if it works :D
