Change Regime Names?

someone discovered if its possible to change NPC regime names?

NPCs? I don't think so. I don't even know if you can change your own regime name after you start playing

Short of editing the name in the Savegame (wich is a password protected .zip file), I can think of no way.
There certainly is no UI for it.

Been wanting access to the database with all names for a while now. It may come eventually. First dev priority should be on fixes
