Worker Salary Bug

Hi, I encountered a problem with worker salary in the zone orders window. The slider did not cover the whole range of worker salary. As i opened the window it was at "42 per turn" the maximum of the slider was 30 per turn. So I could just lower it to a max of 30 with a big minus following for worker happiness.
I think it was higher because of some events. Maybe the slider-maximum should be auto-adjusted in this cases.

42 is like leagues beyond what you should pay them. Just make sure they stay ahead of the Private Economy Salary. How did you even get it that high?

That being said, I had a similar issue with Public Budget: Apparently the maximum I could invest kept going down. I guess it was based on non-Population or something?
So I ended up with "current" values bigger then the Sliders maximum value. Ideally the goal should not be so variable. Or if it has to be, it should be the bigger of the target or current.
