Ouch, only 11/day. Yeah, you are really working the "ebb&flow" to keep your groups full. [X(]

Yep, both filling the squadrons and training pilots are a real struggle. And that is with a super slow expansion. Not resizing air squadrons is a real eye opener.[:)]

Some very nasty dive bomber attacks on the fast transport fleets near Lae, luckily bad weather and some Zeroes from Rabaul fight them off...

Look at the concentrated Allied naval operations in SRA! [X(] Really has taken me by surprise that they keep coming. Nothing spotted heavier than a CB, so no Prince of Wales yet...

I have a strong heavy cruiser presence at Balikpapan, a destroyer flotilla at Brunei which cannot stand up to the incoming threats, nothing at Kuching, and I am definitely running out of ships from Singapore and to Java axis.

There are 112 CV planes on Carrier Division 2, but they would get shredded by the excellent Spitfire float fighter...

At the heavily damaged yard at Singers, is 1 BB, 1CA, and 4 CL, and 2 DD undergoing repairs. North of Bangka Straits another group of damaged: Light Cruiser, destroyer and torpedo boat...plus one heavy cruiser at Saigon that will free up in 5 days. Kalidjati has a damaged heavy cruiser and damaged destroyer.

We are hard pressed![:)]

I actually think you are doing really well in minimising your losses

The challenge now is probably the number of damaged ships you have
