Making an Archeological Find should be in Letterbox, not hidden in Zone news

Making an Archeological Find is a rather rare event, and important information for the player. Currently it's very easy to miss it - not noticing a new icon appearing on the map.

I've noticed it does appear in the zone news - but it should really be at least in the letterbox, and probably show prominently in the turn-start Vid notification (like finding new items (credits, machinery, GR troops, etc.) currently is).
