When multiple artifacts are excavated on same turn (from multiple scavenging sites) - it's the many copies of the same identical stratagem. I would presume different strats would be randomly generated for multiple artifacts.

See screenshot for an example (from the letterbox). When it's just a couple (identical) - possible to think it's a coincidence. This time these were five identical strats.

Also, note the typo, both on the left tab an in the message text itself:
escavated => excavated

Darn right you are. It was done against re-execute turn protection. But this is not what i wanted indeed. will be fixed upcoming beta.
