EMP Recon: Tripwire

Database was lacking an EMP in the recons, so seeing an oppurtunity...

Playtested it a little , seemed to do well. Heat was ok. The PL gave it a needed little extra punch over a ML version I had prototyped earlier. R1 chassis makes it a little more stabe for rookie jocks. VC for when they get in a little too close or when you have them turned off with the EMP. Plan ahead with your PUs as you can't run and fire both weapons efficently. Comments more then welcomed.

Excellent little design. Those things are fast and annoying as hell to boot. The Pulse Laser makes a nice main gun, and the engine is just big enough to make sure it's kept charged. And once you're up close and personal, the vibra claw inflicts some nasty internal damage.

I tested the thing in large quantities against my new Assault Voulge (soon to be released, I'm considering some tweaks). Those things are vicious. The only drawback (but that's common to all recons) is the light armour and low structure.

The only drawback I found is a certain suceptibility to LRM and GMH's, especially since they tend to heat up and carry no ECM.

Wow.. all the options under manage attachments seem to be working now! Replaced the old download with a new one that works correctly.
