This ship is misnamed. The former Hishi was by 1941 Patrol Boat
No. 37

Assigned to Tientsin, she as more likely based in Japan. She is in
not an APD configuration, but the old DD configuration, classified as TB
in RHS.

There are many mistakes in Japanese naval OOB unfortunately.
