"Support faction" can be played multiple times on the same regime

This is the same bug that the unification stratagem used to have.
You can play the support faction stratagem multiple times on the same regime, despite it having the requirement "not executed a stratagem on this turn". When you first play a diplomatic stratagem, like embassies, then you can't play support faction anymore afterwards though.
My game wasn't started on the very latest beta, so I dunno if this maybe already got fixed.

Right you are.. Support Faction was not logging it being played. Is fixed for next version. Also For Ask For Help which had the same non-logging issue.
