When Setting Screen Resolution, Refresh Rate is Set to 60 - ver103 B11

When I change resolution, the refresh rate changes to 60, from what I have set in Windows (144 at all resolutions). It would be preferable to have the game retain the refresh rate set in windows, or have a refresh rate setting. You can set to refresh rate to whatever you want after the game changes resolution by opening the display properties and setting it that way, but it is a hassle. I use program called Hot Key Resolution Changer to assign a hot key to set desktop resolution / refresh rate after I set the games resolution, which works well enough (the free HRC program is very very handy).
