Replace Troop window - Cancel button

Why is there a Cancel button on the bottom of this window? i produced a few new units and expected a OK button or Close. To me Cancel means i want to cancel this produce
units orders, it seems wrongly worded?

Infantry units cannot be replaced as far as I know but you can upgrade them. Vehicles can be replaced with newer models as long as you have the new models built inside your SHQ.

You can replace infantry. For instance, to swap equipment between the rookies freshly produced in the SHQ along the latest infantry model, and the regulars in the 1st brigade at the borders who are still carrying the basic starting equipment. This way, the more experienced troops get the better equipment, and you can make a cheap second rate unit for secondary tasks such as garrison duty. I'll admit though that if you have the resources to spare, you'd probably be better off upgrading, but it can be done.

Or you can just upgrade them. Infantry are allowed ot use the "Upgrade" option.

The "Garission Duty" argument would work better, if the did not cost the same salary and food.

I usually garrison with my cheapest as they tend to lose units to events and dont need firepower.

And I would totally do it as well, if there was any way to store the equipment.
But usually I have nowhere near the food or manpower do a repalcement. I prefer keeping my Manpower in Manpower form, rather then binding it into equipment.
