However in reality, I still can not acess the 2nd Page if the resource missing in Political Power. While teh PP is no currently variable absed on unit Models, this may well come. And in any case, it is a inconsistency with the stated rules.
The 2nd Window is also generally usefull to get detailed data on how the resources look.

The 2nd view is very helpfull for planning (even for next round). And right now you got a Duplicated check if there is enough PP.

Probably the patch after next patch... its exactly bit more complicated than that.
