AI Tank Destroyer using "soft gun" 1.03 -9b

This Tank Destroyer design by the AI is using a Howitzer, which makes it really bad at everything. I think the AI tank destroyer designs should really be hardcoded to always use High Velocity Guns, since otherwise it becomes extra pointless.
