PLEASE ADD: Ability to assign starting leaders to posts

It would be great, if in the initial decision structure, we could assign our starting pool of leaders to the various open jobs.

It sucks to keep getting absolute morons in key posts like SHQ, governor of capital, etc. Having to do the "fire and wait a turn to refill the post" dance really messes with getting the early game rolling.

Yup. Also having set terms for say 16-years after which all posts would be refilled within one turn and without complaints for firing from the leaders would be nice, but I agree the beginning is the worst mess and it keeps going for many turns if you start only with Central Command Council.
