Linear Tech Cross fertilization doesn't benefit Hydroponics

The Linear tech Cross Fertilization doesn't seem to increase the output of Hydroponic vats, even though it is stated in the tooltip. Anything I'm missing? The tech has been going a few turns so it's not that it hasn't had a chance to apply I think....

My governor has 100 relations, so that's the +25% bonus, no other bonuses seem to apply (like the linear tech).

Fixed the mouse over for the next version.
In fact cross-fertilization makes little sense for algae vats.
