Ridiculous update support

I guess its 1997.

No 'update' button in game.

No 'update' button in launcher.

AND THE &$*$&$*$&$ store page has one update download link.

Update to v 1.04.

But guess what?

YOU CAN'T update from 1.01.

So where is 1.02?

Because I can't find it.

AND if it is needed, then perhaps it should be incorporated into the zip OR available somewhere easily.
