Governor Not Showing

With this build 1.04 I noticed the governor disappears...you can still access him by going to MNG and leaders, but not directly. Didn't work like that before.

Try clicking on the "Big Town (III)" label - you should be able to see the governor then.

(Each of the labels in the city view has a different set of information associated with it)
