Zone security?

Ugh, perhaps could you provide a link or a direction to these obscure "goals" when they are presented. Having to go word hunting through the manual is getting old.

Sigh, and its NOT in the Zone section of the manual. FML.

You can check it in the bottom panel, zone tab, civilization rating (or quality of life?) subtab.

The zone security rating can be improved by building barracks or assigning a governor with a high Investigation skill. The private economy also sometimes improves it by building police stations and scout stations.
Not affiliated with Slitherine. They added it to my name when they merged the Slitherine and Matrix account systems.
