[1.04b1] Slave trader does not pay

I figured 'I always get rid of him, lets try the other option at least once', so I sold 2000 pop for 400 credits.

I did not receive the 400 credits.

Already certain before, but loaded a previous save to be 100% sure and indeed, I really did not get any credits.
