The British cruiser is damaged (5 rolled). No result on the Axis U-boats. Both sides stay.

Axis U-boats finds again. (Axis 1, Allies 3)

And same procedure as last round. Axis spend their surprise points in making it a surface combat. And CW has the pleasure of selecting a target for the 'damage' result.

Axis stay. I am assuming CW stay. So a third search commences.

In the Central Atlantic the Allied cruiser finds the German U-boat. (Axis 6, Allies 2).

Allies has 5 surprise points, and that equals 1 'D' on the SUB if all points are used to increase damage done.
