[1.04b1] Apocalypse numbers not adding up

I've seen it in worse ways (planet of 4 million people originally with 370 million deaths), but now I remembered to screenshot it.



Don't think the ~7 million left (plus nuclear fallout of 'many') could have brought populations up to over 63 million that quickly, and, again, I've seen much worse examples.

The latest planet I generated for testing is even weirder. It actually GAINED people after the apocalypse haha.

Made some small fixes to Dissolution War calculations to make the numbers add up better. However do not forget that over hundred of years many children are born as well, total casualties can be higher than the initial population.

It is one thing to have casualties over 100 years be higher then population.
But an order of magnitude higher? That sounds like someone is going around killing every grownup just after they had their last child, to maximize the deathtoll for "disolution war" over "natural death".

Like someone is going through retirement homes, screaming "for the Desolution war" while killing all those old folk that were about to die of old age anyway.
