1.04b1 When multiple factions award strats - it's always multiples of same one

When multiple factions have good relations and award a faction stratagem - these are always the same stratagem for all the factions for this turn. Reminds me of similar previous issue when multiple scavenged artifacts on same turn where copies of the same one.

As an aside, you can use "Propose Peace" with a minor you are not at War in order to improve relations.

I know, I've been doing Peace => Protectorate => Unification for every Farmer in my vicinity during the most recent game.

They must have all shared a Profile. Anyway the same type of code was there.. making it fully random.

With the Artifact issues in the past - it was random but identical outcome for multiple ones in same turn.

Same problem here - it's one draw instead of three draws independent from each other. Stated differently - I don't remember seeing even once that factions awarded different faction strats on same turn.

Another example of above, and note that none of the three factions share even a single profile:
