The current set of rankings include the games from the previous tournament. I could possibly scrub the previous results from the sheet if it was desired, feel free to weigh in.
I would definitely keep them - the ELO rating system is designed for plays to accumulate over time. Each player's rating only starts to make any sense after several games. Really, it's designed for situations like chess or tennis where each player has dozens of matches each year.
Or to put it another way: From Fafnir winning all of his 10 (?) games in the last tournament, we obviously expect him to do very well in the new tournament. So it makes no sense to reset his ELO rating to 1,000 like everyone else's. (not to single him out, the same logic applies to all players with all ratings, it's just clearer in the extreme examples...)
