[1.04b1] Side Panels vanishing as new Decision pops up

You can see the bug on the left side, there's even part of the panel still drawn, but the rest isn't.

It's not new, I also noticed this in previous versions. It's unfortunate as often you want to check your profile scores during a decision only to have them vanish. Mousing over or clicking the tab fixes it.

Its intermittent right? I haven't seen this in ages myself.
Do you have a save from which it always repeats if you take a certain chain of actions?
If so send it over with those actions to vic@vrdesigns.net please.

When trying to get the details of a Leader (Reports -> Cabinet Overview -> Rightlick on portrait) I rarely have this effect:
- the sidebar vanishes
- the Leader details do not appear
However, on the next rightclick, the sidebar re-appears and the Leder details appear.

So it appears to be a reaction to failing to show/succeeded to show that OkDialog Window.

Edit: Now I had the same thing happen in the "New Commander for SHQ 1" event. 1st Rightclick on a portrait failed, making the sidebar vanish.
2nd Click succeeded, and the sidebar reappeared. Maybe it is just the 1st one after a end turn?

Managed to repeat this consistently by two ways:
-Constructing an Asset
-Cancelling a model design in progress

and then clicking on for example a portrait is REPS or DEC
