I am losing more u-boats at port than at sea

Playing 1.00.072 in PBEM. I am losing more steps when my subs are attacked in port by UK tactical bombers than at sea against UK carriers. I am just wondering where are the U-Bunkers?

There is no option to build any U-Bunker in the game. Except putting more AA in Bordeaux, Brest or Saint Nazaire, what else I could do to protect my subs when they are in port?

My subs are in port at minimum just to replenish.

Uboat pens I forgot to put in. At the moment it would be a large code change to do so.

Don't park them at Brest or St Nazairne

I wonder if changing your code to allow Coastal Defense building in port can do the trick. Coastal Defense will then reduces damage on subs attacked in port.

Nope. It's something else. I would have to change a lot that can break the current games and force it into beta. As is I changed something this weekend and it is crashing on my PBEM game. Gotta find out what.
