"Unusual companion" decision fist and heart swapped?

Allowing the companion gives you fist points, reproaching the leader for asking gives you heart points. Shouldn't this be the other way around?

Heart denotes that the people can trust their leaders not to pull stunts like those.
Fist denotes more like "rules are for others".

It might still be wrong, but it is not impossible for me to headcanon it at least.

The ingame tooltip says heart is for people who have faith in each other and that seems to me like exactly what this request is about.
I'm guessing this was just an accidental swap, but only Vic can say for sure.
