Logistical bonus from regime feat not appplied

Hey... I've got the Regime Feat "efficiency goals" which gives logistical bonus of 50%. I recall from previous games that this applies to the "road/rail cost". However it does not seem to do anything anymore...



I have a total of 16700 points (11000 rail and 5500 truck and 200 i can't account for). So no bonus is applied here.


And the cost per tile is unchanged too (first rail tile outside the capital as reference)


Am i missing something????

The Log Bonus should be applied to the production of the Logistical Points of the ASSET.
However I cannot see it being applied in your screeny.

Now that I know where to look for it, I can also confirm there is no bonus in 1.04/03beta12:



It would need some work to test it with a 1.04beta2 savegame.
