Play with my Brother?

Do I need x2 copies in order to play with my son/brother on either the same machine(s) (hotseat) or PBEM via two separate machines? Does he need to also purchase a copy?

Right, I assumed that was an option allowed with this game. I should have included on separate machines ie x2 laptops?
Is there a DRM issue? Can one install say two copies?

I've install a copy of the game on both of my laptop. After installing it does require the serial number. You are allowed to download the game by email for two weeks. After that you need to register the game on Matrix under your profile to download it. You should be able to play by email with your game download on two laptops. There maybe a way to remote control a laptop from another to play hotseat. I know some games on steam is able to use a tablet to link with my laptop.
