Air Supply Bug?

The Italians have been surrounded in the Tunisian fort for more than a year. They have 268% effectiveness. I suspect that air supply is the reason why. I have been suppling them by air, almost every turn. This must be a bug?

The air supply must have included loose women and booze.

Really? I was thinking it was normal that supply trucks boost an unit prior to an offensive...

Not to 268% and he is out of supply.

There was a logic problem in the formula when getting air resupplied.

But, is it limited at 100% or can you go higher? For example, playing versus AI now with 1.00.08U42. This unit is at 95%.

Using one supply truck, it is now at 101%.

And it is possible to reach around 110%, but not really more, within couple of turns. I think this is great to plan an offensive with some particular units. A kind of ammo stockpile simulation.

I am just asking if this is possible in the game rules or if this is a bug (I hope not).

You can oversupply to a point but not 268% lol I think 110% is the max
