An OHQ leader I have lost their HQ. I was not paying attention and did not realize how, but now they are in my leader list and unable to be reassigned. (Especially painful as they are V capability.)

How did you lose the HQ ?

By combat?

Most likely, looking back. I reformed the HQ eventually, which allowed me to assign a commander as normal, though the former HQ leader remains in limbo.

That must have been it. I am adding code for some special cases to put back those Leaders not KIA with their HQ destruction in the Reserve Pool.
