Post by Komabai »

Just idle curiosity here, but I remember back in like 1989 spending all night downloading a shareware game from a BBS in Florida I think, at 1200 baud, of a very similar game for the Amiga. Had to have been one of the greatest things since sliced bread at the time. Anyway just wondering if any the Developers frequented here and could coment. If so congratulations, I always thought the original was retail worthy myself.

Me and Marga did play the amiga original back then. It was made by Ralph Reed and the only connection to him was that we did register the shareware and received the full version by snail mail. We did love the game and I found that there was no such thing for the PC so I started to do it.

That reminds me (I, too, had registered the Amiga version):

What became of our Ralph Eugene Reed? Is he still around somewhere? Does he know about TOS?

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
