[1.04b7] No test for Unification Strat, but still failure

I just played a unification strategem which stated a "no test" roll, but i still failed... Don't quite get why/how.

There are actually already 2 other threads about this. The "no tests" is a display bug and as far as I can tell it only appears when the difficulty modifier is negative. Note that you can still fail the roll even with a negative difficulty modifier, cause you roll 1d100 vs 2-3d100s.
