sequence of patches?

Post by akulas »

what are the sequence of patches...i did the 2.0 cumulative then the 2.3...i gather that was not quite right...one should put all of the intermediate (2.1, 2.2, etc.) patches in before 2.3/whatever?

I believe after the full 2.0, you have to do 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 in succession.

You should also re-boot after each patch is installed.

You don't have to re-boot, but you can save yourself a boatload of heartache if you do.

Re-booting allows the computer to reset itself.
