[1.0b9] Atmospheric generation is wrong for non-water based lifeforms

Post by demiare »

1) Borealis type planet, -29C, 0.75g, 3.6 billions age.
2) Enabled "Alien Life" history class (only it).
3) Get this - life that couldn't breath in current atmosphere.
Same happens with fluorine-breathing lifeforms - there will be 0 fluorine in atmosphere for them to breathe.

Isn't a major bug of course, but funny.

Right you are. Thanks for reporting.

Will be fixed in open beta 10.

There was an issue with the highest temperature on the planet being below zero.

The new "Alien Life" flag is helping unconver plenty of small bugs that were extremely rare before this option was added :)

Best wishes,
Vic
