Current build beta 9 how many?

What is largest population you have gotten on a Siwa planet with good rainfall ( over 1000 mm) and not to hot. I strive for 18 to 25 degrees since even those can see 40 degrees on equator and then you can't grow crops. Latest for me is a bit over 10 Billion. This is pre war of course.
Favoritism is alive and well here.
