This observation is completely anecdotal as I've only played 3 PBEM games and about 8 vs the AI using the full 1939 vanilla scenario. In a current game (AI 1939 scenario) as the Axis, I am on May 24, 1940, and it is raining and has been since mid-March non-stop. I will not be invading France until early June. I had 2 back to back March cold weather turns and took Netherlands and Belgium and then it started raining. In another AI game using the beta 072 version, I did not have a clear (or cold) weather turn from October'39 to the end of May'40. In a Pbem using the steam version I had the same thing without a clear or cold turn until the end of May'40. I have also seen a pbem opponent have clear or cold weather throughout spring 1940, and have done the same vs the AI with v1.06. My point is, while either weather outcome is possible (all clear or all rain), the odds of these extremes happening in 4 out of 11 games seems off. When considering that these are 2 week turns, it seems even more out of whack. Of course, weather can play a decisive role in a battle. Again, this seems like the odds are not working compared to the charts on weather.

Not sure what you mean? These were games I played vs the AI and a pbem game. My opponent in the pbem game commented to me (and I think in a thread about something else here somewhere) that the odds were very low of having no clear/cold turns until the end of May 1940. For my current AI game with this happening, I have no idea what you are asking for.

As I think about it, I have been using PanzerMikes map mod and unit mod since almost when I bought this game in late May. Perhaps there is something that interferes with the betas? Although the Steam version updates only official updates. All my copies of the game (Steam, C Drive, D Drive... to keep betas separate from the official version on Steam) use the same campaign/scenario folder (on the C drive by default). Since no one else is having these issues, perhaps it's due to the different versions of the game I play using that same scenario folder?
