[1.04b11]On map numbers for Logistics hard to read

As an example - the text color should definitely be some color that stands out from the background. This goes for all the different logistics views (current, used, starting, bottleneck, preview).

I second this!

When I have "preview" turned on, have to go to the hex view via traffic signs to see, how much logistics point reach a certain asset, because the map view is often not decipherable...

Whenever I have "preview" or another LIS-point metric turned on, I want this view to be dominant, because I only turned it on to get a fast, one-glance way to gather this information.
